If you want a solid, down to earth book that deals with objection handling…this is it! True, it won’t make the calls for you but it WILL give you the techniques you need. One reading alone isn’t enough…to get the most from the book it should be referred to every day. Every one of my best sales staff have well a thumbed copy on their desks. BUY IT!
