Bert was not feeling great about his targets. They felt like a they were looming over him and he couldn’t escape from them. Like Bert, you will probably at some point or other have felt over-faced by seemingly unachievable targets. That’s why it is so important to have a strategy for helping you to achieve your goals. How do you keep yourself focused when your targets are over-facing you and you don’t know what to do?
