		<description>I loved the open ended questions discussion.  How true that is.  I don’t know why I think that it is so hard to ask the open ended questions.  When I get in the heat of the moment they just start to fire away.  I have learned that I need to take a breather and relax.  Then really focus on the individual that I am talking with.  Thanks again for the post!</description>
