		<description>the jacket may have been nauseating but the shopping channel did say that it was one of their best selling products (or something similar). The market that a shopping channel caters for is not perhaps what you or I would choose. I think the poor selling was at fault rather than the product choices. </description>

		<description>It struck me as slightly curious that in the week that the &#039;low price, low risk&#039; strategy won, Howard (who had the higher-priced products) was fired. That said, that jacket (in bronze, silver _and_ gold was indeed nauseating. I thnk I&#039;d have fired Kate (or as this week&#039;s Sunday Times so wonderfully dubbed her, &#039;Business Barbie&#039;) for that alone.

I thought Lorraine was going at the end. The girls were crowing that there&#039;s 4 girls left and only James for the boys (and who would&#039;ve predicted that a few weeks ago) but they should remember that historically SirAlan has picked boys over girls (see Simon vs (the IMHO superior) Kristina, Lee vs whoever else was in the final last year). 

I&#039;d love to hear from anyone who&#039;s worked with a fired candidate to hear what they&#039;re like in a real working environment.
