Daniel

It's a good question and the answer is probably just that there are plenty of other incompetent people to throw out too. Personally, and although I think Ben should have gone weeks ago, I would have sacked Debra last night (for so many reasons) not least that she consistently distorts the facts, saying one thing and doing another...

Just a question about your sales tips. When Ben was asking people if they were interested in the rocking horse and people were able to walk past saying no, what kind of opening statement would you suggest to entice people?

I think Lorraine's team got it right with the impulse buy product. Most people I think who go to shows of any kind want to buy something whilst they are there. So having a slightly quirky low ticket price product is an excellent choice, in my opinion.

I don't think that the rocking horse was a bad choice per se. I have been to many shows (albeit boating related ones) and it is at those shows that you first see the high end products that you've never thought you needed and so never thought of looking for elsewhere. I would have thought though it would have been a good idea to do a 'show special' price. Doesn't have to be an enormous discount (15% would be enough) but it convinces people that they are getting a bargain they couldn't get after the show.

Does anyone understand why Debra is still in the programme??? And is there anyone apart from Kate who's worth even considering for the final?
