		<description>this is an excellent article, looking at the concept of web 2.0 from a sales perspective. comming from a web dev background who also does some sales, this is very interesting and informative. i just love the beef roast story, it really does explain a key human concept, eg that we dont really like change and often assume the way we do things are the best. </description>
