I liken it to my simplistic view of religion. I was brought up as a catholic but I don't go to church other than weddings and funerals. I try and live a 'Christian' life. Professionalism to me is the same thing - do unto others as you would have them do unto you. Be there when you say you will be there, don't make false promises, look after your customers, don't rip them off, don't sell anyone anything they don't want or don't need - of course you are allowed to create the need! Etc Most of it is common sense and with some good sales techniques to back it up I believe that what goes around comes around. I finally got out of sales because there are too many unscrupulous, unprofessional people in it. Plus I got sick of spending my life on motorways and in hotels! I always remember my sucesses and do not dwell on the lost sales, if I feel I have done my best. I passed your details onto a colleague who attended your Powerful Presentation course (as I did).
