Not sure if you remember me, but we spoke on the telephone a couple of weeks ago before I started some cold calling coaching with my team. The reason I am reaching out today is that we are finding it difficult to find proven sales people and wondered if you had any suggestions on recruitment. To fill the gap and also as part of talent development, we are transitioning operational people to sales but this also has its own challenges. I'm just starting a new business to address the need for cost effective but high quality video footage to sell houses. (An internet TV based Rightmove). It will be called "Cribz.tv". I spoke to Gavin about my plans. Gavin will feature prominently in our Human Resource training I hope on a day-to-day basis.

Reading the "kitchen nightmares" thing, just brings out an important point to me. No matter how hard you work as an individual on your own sales technique, if you work for a company that does not see selling as a profession, but rather, treats sales people as cannon fodder, you need to get out. Cribz.tv will be taking on 100 agents next year into an ethical, sales driven, fun environment. I can't wait to surround myself with all of this talent!
