		<description>Gavin, you&#039;re so right. I used to only go for goals that my bosses and my peers set for me and I was often unsuccessful. 

Since asking myself before setting a target whether it was really important for me or not I have achieved goals I thought I would never achieve before. Too many people never work out what is really important to them.</description>
